| Review by Carolyn Keating: I was visiting from out of town. Without warning I found myself stranded when the car wouldn't start. My car was towed to Ingrams by CAA, I was told immediately that they might not be able to deal with the car til morning so I asked to be dropped downtown at a friend's business where I would get advice about where to stay overnight. During the afternoon I was called with news that the starter motor was the problem and they had found a refurbished replacement part. My car was ready by closing time and I was able to drive home before dark. That's what I call service!!!! |

| Last Wed. afternoon I found myself stranded in Stratford. A CAA tow truck brought my car here and I expected that it wouldn't be looked at til the next morning. Bruce kindly dropped me downtown at a friend's business where I dealt with the likely prospect of having to find overnight accommodation. He called later to say the starter motor needed replacing and I expected the part would arrive the next day. Instead by late afternoon I was driving my car home to Kitchener! Can't thank Bruce enough, and the others who worked on my vehicle. I gave a glowing report about this repair shop when I filled out the CAA survey! |

They immediately offered and then provided our family with a courtesy vehicle while they worked on our car, and checked in us as they worked on our vehicle. They took great care of us!
